When should Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) be used?

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is vital for ensuring safety in various work environments, particularly when there are potential hazards present. The correct situation for using PPE arises when engineering and administrative controls are insufficient to mitigate those risks.
